Virtual open house

Experiencing virtual hospitality beyond notorious “Zoom” fatigue? Or, interested in learning about all the different degree courses in virtual meetings? 

If yes, then visit the FHNW Academy of Art and Design’s virtual open house on January 15, 2021: Explore the virtual campus from wherever you are, test digital formats of shared experience and get to know what we have to offer in Basel.

In a way our virtual campus resembles a gaming world. The more time you spend there, the more you see of the campus and learn about the degree programmes, the studios, and the different workshops, the more the world changes: trees begin to grow skywards, soon making up an entire forest, a forest that stands for the experiences and the skills you develop during your studies at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design. 

With over a thousand students, lecturers, and associates, the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Basel forms a multifaceted community of learning, teaching, and research. With seven BA and four MA degree programmes, we are here to train the next generation of critical, capable, and aspiring designers, artists, and art educators. Studying at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design means shaping the future. 

The virtual open house programme on January 15 from 1pm is aimed at all those interested in culture, art, and design, at future and prospective students, and anyone who fancies a digital voyage of discovery. If you’re considering taking up studying, our interlocutors are here to answer all your questions about the BA and MA degree programmes in art, design, and art education the FHNW Academy of Art and Design has to offer.
