Are Curators Unprofessional?

Speakers will include Paul Chaat Smith, Ann Demeester, Louise Déry, Geoffrey Farmer, Bruce Ferguson, Teresa Gleadowe, Matthew Higgs, Tom McDonough, Cuauhtémoc Medina, Ute Meta Bauer, Philip Monk, Judy Radul, Dieter Roelstraete, Monika Szewczyk, Pier Luigi Tazzi, Michael Turner, Andrea Viliani, Scott Watson, and Lori Waxman.

Geoffrey Farmer’s exhibition God’s Dice, presented by Walter Phillips Gallery, opens on the first day of the symposium and will provide a theatrical space for Matthew Higgs’ Exhibition Workshop—a full-day program for students and recent graduates of curatorial studies programs, as well as a gathering space for Are Curators Unprofessional?
