The Fine Arts Roundtable, a collective of California State University Long Beach MFA and MA students, presents the eighth annual GLAMFA. The event will take place Sunday, September 2nd between 4pm and 8pm at the California State University Long Beach School of Art.

You may be asking yourself:

“What is GLAMFA?”

GLAMFA stands for Greater Los Angeles Master of Fine Arts. The event features an exhibition comprised of 27 artists from the greater Los Angeles region and the open studios of CSULB graduate students.

The featured artists in the exhibition are current or recent graduates of greater Los Angeles MFA programs. The group of artists were selected by the Fine Arts Roundtable to represent the next wave of southern California contemporary artists. GLAMFA seeks to highlight current visual trends and share the work of 27 exemplary artists. The exhibition occupies five CSULB art galleries and additional alternative spaces around the CSULB School of Art.
