Welcome to the Royal Institute of Art’s Research Week. This is a week-long public programme taking place at Kungl. Konsthögskolan | Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, October 22–26, 2012, where the focus will be on artistic research.

The Research Week presents a wide range of opportunities to listen to and participate in; presentations and discussions, screenings and workshops, held by: Artists, PhD Candidates, Researchers financed by the Swedish Research Council, KU-Project Leaders (i.e. artistic development work) and their collaborators, and Mejan Residents (i.e. artists who run artistic research projects for one year).

There are also invited guest speakers from Valand Academy/Gothenburg University, Goldsmiths/University of London, and Akademie fűr bildenden Kűnste Vienna.

We look forward to an intensive week and invite you to join us!
