The Academy of Fine Art in Oslo is part of the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, Norway’s largest educational institution for design, visual art and the performing arts. We are now seeking two artists with extensive experience in the fields of painting and photographic media respectively.http://www.kunstakademioslo.com

Professors have artistic and pedagogic responsibility for the development of their core area, and for the faculty’s resources within this area. A portion of the working hours are set aside for professors’ own artistic development.

Work responsibilities include teaching and the organization of teaching within the core area, as well as planning and implementation of teaching in art-related subjects with relevance above particular techniques and art forms. Professorships also include sensor work, jury participation and meeting activity.
