Around 130 Bachelor and Masters students graduating in Painting/Drawing, Sculpture, Stage Design, Time-Based Media, Film, Design, and Graphic Art/Typography/Photography will present their degree show from 10 to 12 July 2015. The exhibition preview will take place on 9 July at 19h at the HFBK Hamburg.

At the preview, the President of the HFBK, Prof. Martin Köttering, will welcome the guests, followed by the award of the Karl H. Ditze prize for the best graduation work by Uwe Toben, a director of the foundation’s board. The awarded graduate will be selected by an external jury and receive the sum of 7,500 EUR. This year’s jury members are: Thomas Baldischwyler (an alumnus of HFBK Hamburg), Hans D. Christ (Director of the art association, Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart), Kathleen Rahn (Director of the art association, Kunstverein Hannover), Kolja Reichert (free art critic and author, Berlin), Bettina Steinbrügge (the director of the art association, Kunstverein in Hamburg), and Ute Thon (Editor of the art magazine, Art, Hamburg).
