a.pass is an artistic research environment on post-graduate level, containing two study programs: a.pt [Advanced Performance Training] and a.s [Advanced Scenography]. a.pass welcomes artists and theoreticians with a master's degree in either a practical or theoretical study program, and invites them to develop a personal practice based research project. We encourage research proposals that question the place performance and/or scenography occupy today in society and in the transdisciplinary field of the arts in general, but also of politics, history, the humanities, technology, etc.
