In less than three weeks, the 9th edition of Kunstvlaai: Festival of Independents, titled “INexactly THIS,” will open in Amsterdam with contributions from over 70 independent art institutions, art schools and artist-led initiatives presenting live arts, exhibitions, film screenings, archival presentations, lectures and workshops.
As a temporal platform of ideas, collective experimentation and intuitive organizational approaches, the visual identity of “INexactly THIS” draws inspiration from probability principles and subatomic pathways as seen in the Feynman diagrams, which altered the field of particle physics in the mid-20th century.
